Saildrone is a drone that goes over the sea instead of flying in the sky as the name Sail (sailing) + drone (drone) shows. As it is an unmanned aerial vehicle that is remotely controlled, it may not be a droning to say exactly, but it moves by remote control and there is no sailor.
