I found a poster of "Japanese sweet potatoes with yaku-no-yori and sushi with Japanese shabu-shabu" at the store.


I ordered a Japanese style plum pasta with sweet shabu - shabu and yam and noodles, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes.


There are noodles, yam and sweet shabu on top of the noodles. The ume sauce that was put on from above it looks brilliant.


First of all I tried eating pork shabu, which seems to be easy to eat even in summer batters because it is well cooled. The plum sauce is made from Wakayama prefecture Kishu plum, it is a special sauce finished in Japanese style with bamboo shoots and kelp soup, so acidity is not too tiring. In addition to acidity the soup and bonito flavor are working and it is becoming a source which advances food as much as possible.


The yams and roes which are the raw material of sticky are easy to eat and are cut to small size. When you eat, plum sauce and ponzu sauce with radish grated are involved, so you can eat it even with rice. Because it is not an oil base, it can be eaten slowly without persistence.


"Bran noodle" which was renewed looks like this, and the blanc grain is visible in the noodle. Besides feeling the fragrance of Bran when eating, the texture is also different from ordinary pasta, rather than "slippery" is "rich mochi". It is a pleasant place to feel a bit more healthy than ordinary pasta.
