Open the downloaded file and start installing the development version of Opera.


Click "Run"


Click "Permit and Install" to download necessary files and install them. Please be aware that unexpected bugs may occur in the development version, so installation is self-responsible.


After installation, open "Menu" → "About Opera" in the browser and if the version of Opera is "38.0.2205.0" of the developer version, it is OK.

I tried it
