I went to a dandelion in Okinawa, famous for its "meat soba"
The figure of the planet overlapped with a bowl like a mountain. It is produced by an aunt in the kitchen and drifts in the universe called a dining hall. To flatten its huge mass, I needed a stomach bag like a black hole.

Route 58 through National Town of Naha is a large road with three lanes on one side. It hangs over the national river in this south end of Route 58Meiji BridgeWithout crossing, there is a river dining room where I entered the harbor.
A yellow signboard at a big intersection is a landmark.
In the big building like a warehouse, the Wave Closet was opened. Half of the building is used for another purpose.
Before the shop, it became a port facility, and containers were stacked like a wall.

From the cheap hotel near Narafo Passenger Terminal Building "Tomari", I walked around 30 minutes and arrived at the Wave Closet Dining Room after 14 o'clock. Because I did not like being crowded, the peak of the lunch was shifted, but there were still many groups of customers, and the crowded seats were buried. Triangle aunts in apron are busy moving in the kitchen. Inside the store, there were 4 rows of seats where about 8 people could sit, 2 table boards at Oshiki, and several seats at the counter.
The menu is on the counter, with photos and prices.
I was also curious about Okinawa's unique menu such as "Pork Tamago" "Tofu Champloo" "Boiled Miso of Loafers". "Miso soup" is also different from what I know.
When I decide what to eat, I order from my aunt in the kitchen. This time, the inhabitants made a 750 yen "meat soba" which was acclaimed that "I eat all by myself" "I will laugh at the moment I came out." When you tell the order, "I will call you at number 6 when I can cook," let's remember the number. I will pay the money later.
Because it is self-service, I will go take the water.
It was inside the store feels warmth of life. Although it is also overseas, there is no place to settle as much as the mass eatery. Unlike special restaurants and restaurants, everyday life is blending in the dining room.
While waiting for the dishes, another order was finished. The customer was carrying "bowl", but rice is served as much as the bowl. It is no longer a sphere. And what comes to mind is the shape of a planet floating in space.
And if I called "Customer No. 6" my turn. I will receive the tray at the counter. In the tray, there was a bowl with meat and vegetables served like a mountain. This is a meat soba planet. Did you lose the balance, juice was spilling from the bowl in the tray. Majeure. There is a tremendous amount, so there is no impossibility. Even if I carry it to the seat, I feel heavy responsive. Since it will be a catastrophe if you run it, let's concentrate and carry it.

It took about 25 minutes, to the shape of a familiar bowl. It should have been soaked in juice for a long time, but the noodles did not become fuja nya, and we were able to eat regularly until the end.
Because of this day, I thought that I could break my broken breakfast. We eat a little and rest, and repeat, and aim for complete meal. The first one was good, but the last one was toppling pork. I felt that the juice had a little taste. If it is younger it may have gotten chewy, but stomach bags get tired when they are over 30 years old.
It took 40 minutes to complete the meal. Thank you for the meal.
As I was struggling, my stomach swelled, so I drank a cup of tea and took a breath. As we went around 15 o'clock, the number of customers settled down and the inside of the shop was relaxing as well. I lower the dishes to the counter, I will check the cashier at the cashier and go shop.

Even if you enjoy the heap of "meat soba" and "bowl", even though you eat Okinawa cuisine such as "Goya Champloo" and "Soki Soba", I think the Wave cloakroom is an interesting place. It was a Japanese canteen after a long time, but it was quite full of nostalgic feelings.
