Indian smartphone maker "Ringing Bells" launched an Android smartphone with specifications that could be used without problems despite the super-discount price of 251 rupees (about 418 yen). The Freedom 251 is equipped with a 4-inch qHD (960 × 540 px) liquid crystal display.


It has a 3-megapixel rear camera with autofocus function and a 300,000 pixel front camera.


With a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, the internal memory is 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of ROM. It is also possible to expand the capacity to 32 GB with the SD card slot.


The battery capacity is 1450 mAh and it is about the same as "iPhone 5" of the same 4-inch smartphone.
