Aging House 1795 The address of the Dojima branch is "Suntory Building 1F 40-45 Dojimahama Kita-ku, Osaka-fu". It is a few minutes on foot from JR Kitashinja station, Nishi Umeda subway station Yotsubashi Line.

The inside of the shop looks like this, there is a bar counter just in. Aging House 1795 is a flag ship store of Bourbon Whiskey "Jim Beam", and the store name "1795" is named after Beam's founding year. By having bourbon that is perfect for aged meat can be drunk, whiskey-based cocktails such as mint julep are also substantial.
The back is a table seat and it is decorated in an American design with bricks and timber. This time, I ordered "Teppanokuke meat · BEEF cattle" (1000 yen including tax) from the lunch menu, "Iron plate attached meat · PORK pig" (880 yen including tax). All lunch menu includes rice · pan, soup and salad bar.
A soup with garnish is a consommé soup with vegetables.
A salad bar like this is all you can eat, a simple salad of cabbage and Chinese cabbage. Homemade carrot dressing and Yuzu soy sauce dressing are also placed.
"Waiting for iron plate" served on a steel plate which makes sounds in about ten minutes was provided.
"Teppan fish meat / BEEF cattle" is like this. There is a green onions on top of the sliced grilled meat, and underneath there are noodles, bean sprouts and leeks.

It looks like a steak sauce, but there is no sweetness like a steak sauce, and the flavor of soy sauce based ramen noodles with soup stocking. I can not imagine the taste because there is not much to eat with noodles because I do not eat noodles, but warm tapes match thin slices of beef well unexpectedly. The beef was fleshy with chewy response and the chewiness felt the beef taste.
When eating with noodles it is just wearing noodles. Because the meat itself has no taste like a chopstick of tsukemen, it is a dish aside from being able to enjoy meat's original umami with noodles.
Since rice is served like a steakhouse like a plate, I wonder if you should use chopsticks or spoons, but I am confident that it is compatible with rice. I can eat Morimori so much that I do not mind being carbohydrate · on · carbohydrate.
There was also soft stewed cow 's beef meat to someone.
"Teppan-kaki meat · PORK pig" is like this, all materials except meat are the same as BEEF.
It seems to be very tasty after baking that you can see that it was baked on steel plates.
I put on pork and put it on noodles and eat it, because I ate after beef, it was very soft. Everyone is the same, but it was felt that the atmosphere differed just because the meat was different. "Teppan fish meat" which can taste ripe meat and breaded pork with tsukemen was once changed, it was unusual dish to eat. "Butcher's steak lunch" may be better if you want to taste aged meat.
After dinner to the drink corner next to the salad bar. You can drink drip hot coffee and ice coffee · iced tea · apple juice · orange juice. As I arrived after 13 o'clock, it is a pleasant place to drink all free of charge.
There is also a take - away cup, and it is a pleasant experience that OK even if you bring in your favorite drink and bring it home before you go home.
