The selection of the production team is mostly a slide of the staff of "Red vs. Blue". However, "RWBY" was the first time Monti was in charge of the director. Red vs. Blue served as a custom animation creator. Monty's animation style was pretty ingenious and preferred used software that most people have never used. The production team is never big, and we think that all together 15 to 20 people and animators were less than 10 people.

What Monty used was "PoserSoftware in the American animation industry that is not so common.
