I tried using Twitter new function, a function to embed posted movie into external site

We released a new function that allows you to embed a movie posted on Twitter directly to an external site. With the conventional embedding function, the contents of the tweet together with the movie was set, but with this update it is possible to embed a single movie.

On Twitter, from the end of January 2015 posting of movies has become available as a new feature of iOS version · Android version application. This time using iPhone 6, I will follow the procedure up to embedding including the new function, but the basic flow is the same in the Android version. First of all tap new posts from the Twitter app as usual.

Tap the image selection icon located at the center of the screen and to the right. For iPhone, it is OK to tap the camera icon directly.

Tap the camera icon to start up the camera and shoot movies. Of course it is also possible to select shot movies already in the data folder.

When the camera starts up, tap the movie icon in the lower left.

The screen switched to shooting mode. Shooting starts when you push the red icon at the bottom of the screen in this state. Shooting is performed only while the icon is pressed.

The maximum shooting time is 30 seconds. When shooting is completed, tap "Done" at the top right of the screen.

After that, write a tweet sentence and tap "Tweet" to complete the submission.

Embedding tags are obtained from the PC version browser. Tap the "..." icon under the tweet and click "Embed video".

Embed tag is displayed. After that, you can embed the movie on the site just by copying this.

I actually embedded it in this feeling.

Incidentally, the display when getting a tag with "Embed tweet in site" is like this. It becomes a card display including the text of the tweet, and it is understood that the display size of the movie is small one size. It seems to be better to use both displays on a case by case basis.
