Ministop's "Fondant Chocolat" is an authentic sweet which can enjoy the difference in temperature
Ministop, which sells a soft cream throughout the year, released a new product for winter "Fondant Chocolat" on Friday, December 19th. Together with a rich soft cream vanilla renewed in 2014, it's bitterGanacheI tried to eat at once because it was one of the commitment I used.

First of all when eating from a soft cream with cocoa powder applied, the cocoa powder which the bitterness stands out with rich soft cream is well matched and the sweetness is just right.

A warm ganache appears.
Ganache is a taste of an adult with a strong chocolate flavor rather than a sweet taste, but alcohol does not seem to be contained. I use chocolate with a high scent and richness, and it is quite rich, so the satisfaction is high although there is not much quantity. It seemed that the fragrance became stronger by being warmed up.
Melting chocolate appears from inside. When you eat warm chocolate and cold soft cream together, you not only enjoy warm and cold mouthfeel and texture but also excellent sweet and creamy taste combined with milk × chocolate. Although the price of 320 yen including tax is a little expensive for convenience store's goods, it is convinced price setting.
Fondant chocolat is sold for a limited time. If you eat it on takeaway, it is likely that the soft cream will melt or ganache will cool down, so we strongly recommend eating at the shop.
