Arrive at Taya
"Sakura prawns and Fukino no Tamebowl" in the most conspicuous position in the menu list that was in front of the shop.
The store clerk told us "It is a menu starting today."
Completed in about 5 minutes after ordering. Miso soup goes on a rice bowl. This time I tried it in a heap.
First of all, from the main part of Fukiensho.
There is a sharp texture that is different from the crispy clothes, and the blue bitterness that is like young buds spreads into the mouth at ease. Temperature is still low, but I feel that spring is approaching just by flavor.
Tempura bamboo shoots feel spring here as well. It is slightly hard texture with shakijaki, but plenty of water.
Tempour and a bamboo shrimp.
The size is slightly small, but the meat is tightly attached, excellent compatibility with rice with sauce.
Slightly unusual, Sawari's Saijyo flavorful tempura.
The sweet miso flavor also goes well with sweet bowls. There is no bone so you can eat it without leaving it.
And finally fried shrimp prawns.
It is as large as covering the bowl when it is laid flat.
The contents of Kakiage are Shrimp Shrimp, Mitsuba leaves, onion. As a taste I strongly feel the sweetness of the onion, but the flavor of roasted leaves and mitsuba leaves come out and I feel spring again in the end. By the way, it is said that Sakura prawns had been kept at Kamuyu at the port that was landing.
"Tempura with Sakura Shrine and Fukinosuke" is 790 yen in scale and 890 yen in Omori. There were various kinds of tempura, it was crispy and not chewy on clothes, so I kept the texture of crispy, so it was still insufficient even for rice that was in a big bowl. As for being limited for a limited time, not only for lunch, but also for eating gatsuri as dinner.
