I have eaten "a roasted cow" that I can not taste absolutely in a yakiniku restaurant ~ The first part ~

Cooking using beef such as shabu-shabu, Sukiyaki, grilled meat can be cooked at shops and houses, but there are not many opportunities to roast the cow and eat it. It will be held in Ashikaga, Tochigi Prefecture every NovemberJA Ashikaga FestivalIn addition to being able to eat the roast of the few cattle in the whole country, because it is said that the dishes with plenty of local ingredients are also sold, so we went to eat.

To participate in the JA Ashikaga Festival to be held from 9 o'clock on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 9 o'clock in the morning, departing the night before the day, from Osaka via Kyoto to Tobu Ashikaga Station A late-night bus heading for "Silk linerIt is convenient. So I arrived at the Osaka OCT bus terminal to catch the bus at 20 o'clock on Friday, November 22.

The silk liner of "Saitama / Maebashi" departing from the OCAT bus terminal 8 depot at 20 o'clock will travel for 10 hours 30 minutes and arrive at Ashikaga station at 6:30 am the next morning.

The silk liners were three rows, not four rows.

I will be sitting in a seat that will take care of me for 10 hours and 30 minutes from now and I'm leaving.

Since I was unable to give any information on "service area to drop by" after getting on, it was full of anxiety, but a small pause was given at 23:25 on November 22, 2013 in the Akatsuka parking area in Aichi prefecture Relief. After stopping for 10 minutes in the Akasaka parking area, Silkliner departed again for Ashikaga City Station.

About 6 hours after a small pause, Silk liner arrived at Ashikaga City Station around November 23 at 5:30 am, one hour earlier than scheduled. The area is still pitch dark.

Waiting for about 2 hours, it finally got brighter, I could clearly confirm the Ashikaga shi station. We are leaving for JA Ashikaga Festival soon.

Before going to the Ashikaga Festival, I attempted to "Watarase Bridge" which singer Mr. Moritaka Chisato used for song titles.

View of Ashikaga City from the top of Watarase Bridge.

The water in the Watarase River is transparent enough to clearly see the river bottom.

JA Walk towards Ashikaga Festival Tech Tec.

When walking, I encountered colorful autumn leaves.

It passes in front of the temple called the retirement temple.

It took about 13 minutes from Osaka to walk about 30 minutes and arrived at the JA Ashikaga Festival site.

When I entered the venue, I found a long line. Thinking that "the roast burning of the cow has already been started", and wrapping around the beginning of the line ... ...

Many people had purchased onion seedlings, not roasted cattle. It is said that the roasting of the cow starts from 10 o'clock.

Since there is a little time until the roasting of the cow starts, I will try to visit the inside of the JA Ashikaga building.

At the entrance of the building, a huge pumpkin was on display.

I never saw a big pumpkin up to this point.

On the second floor of the building, there are exhibits of flower arrangement made by locals ......

Vegetables are on sale.

JA When I leave the Ashikaga building, I found a good smell of immoftry. I will purchase it immediately.

It is like this where you are actually deep fried.

It was 300 yen for 3 bottles.

The clothes of the fly are crisp while feeling dusty. From hokuhoku potatoes, it has a slightly sweet taste.

When finishing 3 imo fly and exploring the inside of the venue, I found a dish called Yamazaki Yaki.

Bamboo grill is a cooked dish made by mixing ham and sausage, 300 yen per serving.

Purchase and open with Pakari.

First of all when eating from ham, the seasoning is simple with salt and pepper but the meat quality is soft.

Sausage is juicy inside while crisp outside, but fat is not persistent and can be eaten with licking.

At the Ashikaga Festival venue, various dishes using Tochigi ingredients are sold, and we have to endure until the roast of the cow, but I have found a food with such a delicious name as grilled manju .

I think that "I have to endure the roast of the cow", but when I looked at the back of the shop, following the fragrant smell, the buns sticked with skewers were grilled.

Next to the baked manju, sweet sauce is attached.

I can not suppress the appetite that goes up, I bought 150 yen of baked manju.

From the buns that were baked on the net, the smell of soy sauce smells nice.

Baked steamed buns are like buns made with mochi rather than buns, as opposed to anticipation. The true smell of this aroma was sugar oil.

Vegetables such as Japanese radish and goat as well as cooking are sold at the JA Ashikaga Festival venue.

This is a strawberry product from Ashikaga called "Tocho Tome".

And when you noticed it was at 10 o'clock when the roasting of the cow was started. Hurry and head for the place where the roasting of the cow is done.
