Rushed into the area where Nazca's landmark is located. From the outskirts of Lima which was running along the seas, it was raising the altitude to about 550 m.


There is Mirador (Observatory) about 25 km from the city of Nazca, and you can climb if you pay 2 sol (about 75 yen).

◆ Pleasure Flight with Cessna
Because I was tired on the day I arrived at Nazca, I will plan on the next day flight. As it was information on the internet "It is a direct flight ticket available at the airport", so I decided to go biking to the airport the next morning without peeping in the travel agency in the city of Nasca. Because there is not 4 km each way, it is a feeling to go out for a walk.

I paid 250 sol (about 9250 yen) in the Peru currency of 90 US dollars for flight charges to the airline company and 25 sol (about 925 yen) of the airport usage tax to a separate window. There used to be a flight around US $ 50 in the past, but the pilot became two people due to the crash accident, and in recent years this price seems to be normal.

The Nasca landscapes drawn between 200 BC and 800 AD are fortunate, and fortunately we have climates where little rain falls. The size is from spider (46 m), alien (32 m), monkey (110 m), parrot (200 m) shape. The reason why such a huge ground painting was made is up to the theory of rain starving rituals, social public works, and aliens' runway that it is funny. Is the flight time about 30 minutes? It is 20 minutes from the ground drawing of the first whale to the last tree and hand. Of the two pilots, one person told us the location of the ground drawing with a guide role. There were thin ground paintings and various lines intersected with each other, and there was sometimes difficult to understand, but I can take a picture more than I thought. I was swiveling the aircraft so that I can confirm either left or right. Even if you hear that it will fly low altitude, there is no comparison as it will only fly once. However, since there were only two passengers, I felt the ease of doing it.

Not only ground paintings but also a vast Peruvian earth are impressive.

During the flight there was considerable vibration and became numb and pushing the shutter was also hard. The motion sickness which was uneasy was tired, but it did not vomit. Still when I landed and got my feet on the ground it was hard with a hula.
