I tried using a waterproof / dustproof case "Dikapaku alpha WP-S10" which can use a digital single lens in water

In the summer, such as the sea, the pool, and the rushing down, many people go out to leisure at the waterfront, but it is a difficulty that you can not use on the water's side because the digital SLR that you use always has the possibility of being broken. In such a case it is convenient to hold the lens tightly, waterproof / dustproof case which can also focus and operate "Dikapaku Alpha WP-S10". Because it uses highly transparent polycarbonate lens with high transparency, you can take clear photos.

This is a package.

Inside the box there was a main body · neck strap · height adjustment sponge · desiccant. To keep the desiccant from damaging the digital camera due to moisture, please keep it in the main body.

The size is 230 mm × 270 mm.TPUIs used, and it seems to be able to understand the state of inside even from the front.

Looking from the side like this. The diameter of the lens barrel is 85 mm and it extends to 115 mm maximum because it is a deep elastic type.

Since transparent material is also used on the back side, you can check the photos taken with the monitor.

Then, I will actually attach the case to the camera. First, pull out the lens barrel according to the camera to be used.

Also remove the body lens.

Since the entrance of the main body is closed with a hook and loop fastener in duplicate, we will peel off it all beryllitically.

Opening the zipper ......

Inside is like this.

We will lay the supplied height adjustment sponge according to the size of the camera to be used next.

When putting a sponge in the camera in the case.

Close the zipper tightly.

Fold the body entrance 4 times in accordance with the crease, and attach the hook and loop fastener.

And close the lid of the main unit further. Because the lid is closed tightly in triplicate, water does not come in a little or gently.

Preparation is completed by attaching the lens of the body which was removed last.

I attached a strap.

View from the front. The lens isLUMIX G X VARIO 12 - 35 mmAlthough I am using it, I still have plenty of room, so it seems no problem to use a larger lens.

Looking from behind, it is like this. Here too, there is plenty of width and height, you can adjust the number of height adjustment sponge and use it up to the camera with the maximum size of 100 mm × 140 mm.

Since the weight of the case is about 500 g, weighing 1 kg if you put a digital single lens.

Actually hanging from the shoulder is quite large.

There is a hole for operation in the case, and it is possible to insert the index finger there and cut the shutter and change the setting.

Because transparent materials are used, it is obvious at a glance where to find out, and it was also possible to push a button through the case.

In addition, since the lens can also be operated by putting your finger in the hole, you can also zoom in and out.

When I tried holding the camera, I got a little bit more frustrating than an ordinary single lens. At first, it was difficult for the finger to move properly and it was difficult to operate the camera, but you can select the shutter, white balance, ISO sensitivity, etc. while using it several times. There are times when it is necessary to adjust the reflection of the lens barrel when the lens is small, so it seems that comfortable use will be better if you use a large lens.

Is there really no water coming in ...? So I will put a tissue inside and experiment first.

Pour water in the bath ......

I will submerge the camera as a matter of course.

When pressing the case tightly and applying pressure, plump ... ... and air bubbles came out of the case and became a little uneasy.

Sabah, I will give the camera from the water.

When opening the crease at the entrance, water droplets stuck. Is the tissue safe?

Taken out is here. It is smooth and it looks like it is not wet with water. Even if bubbles are leaking, there is no problem if the tissue inside is not wet.

Next, put the camera in and try to shoot.

Fuu Baku ...

Because air is contained in the case, the camera floats as it leaves. It seems that you are not inadvertently dropping the camera deeply into the ocean when you are using underwater.

Pictures taken actually underwater are here. When photographing in water, some blurred photographs are often formed, but because they adopt high transparency polycarbonate lenses, they are able to shoot clearly to details.

As rain started falling, I actually tried Dikapaku Alpha in the rain.

When you hold the camera, it feels like this.

The case is drenched everywhere, but there is not even a drop of water in the case.

Display can be confirmed.

The price isBy tax included 18,900 yen. It seems to be slightly difficult to use in places where adjustment of ISO sensitivity and white balance etc are always necessary because it is hard to operate compared to when not doing case, but in certain places such as in water it is completely waterproof and clear It was an item that I could use because I can shoot pictures.
