It is no longer unusual to see someone who is touching a device such as iPhone or Android, but how has that share gained? Asymco has compiled this as an interactive graph so that you can see at a glance the changes in the iPhone and where the Android has grown.

You can decide the display order with the Order at the bottom of the graph, so if you choose "Share of Smartphones" here, you will be comparing the share of the smartphone. Data is a combination of figures from all over the world.
Data started from June 2007. I have not seen the Android terminal yet, and I am using NokiaSymbianIs the top.
Later, other smartphones take away the Symbian share gradually. The second place is switched from Windows Mobile / Phone to BlackBerry.
About the end of August 2008, the share of iOS (iPhone) is second.
However, iOS does not stretch out here at a stretch, but the fight continues with BlackBerry and Windows Mobile. Android will appear on this graph around December 2008.
Android will increase its market share with a furious momentum, and overtake Windows Mobile first.
I will overtake the BlackBerry further over Android and iOS which will grow further.
On October 2010 chart Android is second.
The share difference between Symbian and Android will fill up steadily. On the other hand, the slump of Windows Mobile ... ....
At last, Android finishes first in 2011.
The latest data is on September 1, 2011. Android is overwhelming like previous Symbian. Windows Mobile has also been overwhelmed by Bada (Samsung's original mobile platform) that came later.
By the way, adding this feature graph (Garakey) to this graph will look like this. Even at Symbian, which was overwhelming in 2007, there are such differences compared with feature phones.
It was a trivial thing to fight share between smartphones ...... However, switching from a quaint feature to phone is also proceeding.
The latest state is kore.
Looking at the line chart, it looks like this. Android is the only one that is catching up feature phones, surprisingly iOS is slowly extending.
Nonetheless, there are still many scenes where feature phones are active, so smart phones are not going to overtake them easily. Rather, I'm wondering what will happen to the mainstream OS in smartphones like Windows Phone, BlackBerry, Symbian and so on.
