Accident of a railroad crossing of a car which is not understood well why such an accident happened

I do not know why such an accident happened, but the pole of the crossing breaker has passed through the car. It seems that it happened in Zvolen of Slovakia from the license plate of the car.

Details are as below.
The pole of the breaker pierces through the center of the car's windshield and rear glass. I do not know what kind of acrobatic driving will result in this kind of result, but I'm worried whether the driver is injured in the meantime.
