The 55-year-old woman, Inez M. Starks, sued the police dog. He seems to have appealed to the police dog of Warren police that he was bitten by the police dog. It is the German Shepherd that chewed Starks, claiming that the walking ability was impaired and the pain also felt as a result of the injured nerve of the sacroiliac bone.
