According to the press release, a hentai game company AKABEi SOFT2 had mistakenly printed the content description on the container sent to their mail-order clients.

The mistake was due to the poor assignment to the shipping agency. They usually use muddled product name, like "computer peripheral", on shipment but somewhat failed to do so. So the tragedy happened. The Exact name "Oppai-ga-Ippai(Boobs Everywhere) set" was accidentaly shown on the container."Oppai-ga-Ippai set" is a series of mouse pad with hentai illustration and urethane boobs. AKABEi SOFT2 showed their apology to customers in the press release and promised to do more precise administration.

Similar accidents are happening recently. The following accidents occured to the readers of Weekly Shonen Magazine. There's a "Magister Negi Magi: Asuna's sleeping-alongside bed sheets" printed on the box. What a penalty.
