This is "baked corn". It looks exactly like the taste of snack confection "Yakisokoshi". It is very difficult to reproduce baked goods.
"Spicy Mayo & Soy Sauce". The taste of snack pastries of cheap, superbly the taste of B grade gourmet. Anyway, I feel like I'm trying to cheat with spicy. Mayo and soy sauce can not be felt so much.

Meat is very soft, plenty of gravy and full of luxury. It was amazing that the snacky texture of the pork and cabbage shakijaki got together and it was highly satisfying and this was offered at the same 300 yen as hot chilli burger and normal Mos burger.
