Kirin Beverage 'Raw Tea' and Mitsukan 'Shabu Shabu no Shi' collaborate to start green tea shabu-shabu "raw tea shabu" from November as a promotional development.
So, at GIGAZINE, I made a real tea shabu shabu using "raw tea" and "shabu-shabu no saui" using the official recipe that was already published ahead of time. Until a while I was eating it as part of editorial staff of GIGAZINE, but it is surprisingly delicious. I thought that it would make more tea, so it was kind of odoroki.
