Blinry makes caffeine-free, zero-calorie cola by first creating a concentrate and then diluting it to the desired concentration. The ingredients needed to make one liter of cola are as follows:
• Essential orange oil 0.75ml
• Essential lime oil 0.70ml
• Essential lemon oil 0.20ml
• Essential nutmeg oil 0.15ml
• Cassia essential oil 0.08ml
• Essential coriander oil 0.05ml
• Essential lavender oil 0.05ml
4 ml of water for emulsification
2g of gum arabic
・Water 25ml
40ml caramel coloring
12g of citric acid powder
• Sucralose 0.6g (The photo below shows artificial sweetener syrup instead of sucralose)

First, measure the essential oil using a small syringe or similar tool and mix it together. It is recommended to wear gloves as essential oils can be dangerous if they come into contact with the skin.

A mixture of essential oils.

Since essential oils are insoluble in water, water and gum arabic are added to emulsify them.

Adding caramel coloring and citric acid powder completes a jet-black cola concentrate.

Add a sweetener to the concentrate. Sugar is fine, but Blinry uses sucralose or artificial sweetener syrup for dietary reasons.

This completes the concentrated cola.

Add water to dilute it to your desired concentration, and you'll have cola. Blinry says, 'I like to dilute the concentrate to 1 liter and then dilute it six times with sparkling water.'
