◆Buy with Pro
'Buy with Pro' will display a 'Buy with Pro' option on products from some sellers that appear in Perplexity search results. If you set your shipping and billing information in advance, you can complete your purchase by simply clicking the 'Buy with Pro' button and placing your order, and Perplexity will handle the rest of the process for you. Perplexity says, 'As a thank you for shopping with Perplexity, shipping will be free on Buy with Pro orders.'

If you are unable to purchase with Buy with Pro, you will be redirected to the seller's website. Also, at the time of writing, 'Buy with Pro' is only available to Perplexity Pro users in the United States.

◆Snap to Shop
Similar to Google's search function '

Google Lens, ' 'Snan to Shop' is a service that displays related products by uploading product photos to Perplexity. This makes it easy to find the product you are looking for, even if you don't know the product description or product name.

◆ AI-based product recommendation function
When you ask Perplexity a shopping question, it will provide you with accurate and objective answers, as well as recommended products and details in the form of a card. The product cards do not contain sponsored ads, and AI is used to display customized suggestions based on the question.

Perplexity says this feature is powered by its integrations with platforms like Shopify, which gives it access to information about products that Shopify sells and ships in the US.

Perplexity claims that this feature allows users to easily and clearly compare products, so they can quickly narrow down the best options for them, without having to sift through countless product reviews.

At the time of writing, these features are only available to users in the United States, with plans to expand to new markets in the future.
