Densmore, known as 'Rabid,' created the online 'Sewer' community on Discord and recruited minors on the online gaming site. In the 'Sewer' community, children were blackmailed and threatened, and victims were asked to record and film themselves engaging in self-harm, violent, and sexual acts. In October 2022, it was also reported that Densmore asked an underage girl to send a nude video of herself with 'Rabid' written on her chest.

Densmore reportedly threatened to make public any images she had sent to him if she did not participate in his sexually abusive livestreams, saying, 'I have all your information. You're mine now. Do as I say.'

According to the Department of Justice, the online terrorist network '764' to which Densmore belongs aims to cause social chaos and throw the world order into chaos through systematic

grooming and blackmail of victims.

Assistant Attorney General Matthew Olsen of the Department of Justice said, '764 is a terrorist network working to normalize and weaponize the possession, production, and distribution of child sexual abuse material and other graphic and violent material. The group ultimately hopes to destroy civil society and bring down the U.S. government by targeting children.' Users like Densmore also join 764 to inflate their own fame, with many of them having the ultimate goal of 'driving victims to suicide on livestreams for the entertainment of the 764 network.'

On November 7, 2024, a federal court sentenced Densmore to 30 years in prison for 'sexual exploitation of children.' Attorney General Merrick Garland said, 'Densmore sexually exploited children, forcing his victims to self-harm, engage in sexually explicit acts, and record and film violent acts. His involvement in creating these 764 online networks is serious and he will spend the next 30 years in federal prison.' He declared, 'No minor should ever experience such heinous abuse. The Department of Justice will ensure that criminals involved in this depraved behavior will continue to be held legally accountable.'

'We cannot look away from this shocking and inhumane act of violence against innocent and vulnerable children, even though we cannot understand it,' Olsen said at a press conference after the verdict.

FBI Director Christopher Wray said, 'Densmore orchestrated a community that targeted children through online gaming sites and coerced underage victims into recording and filming themselves engaging in acts of self-harm and violence. We will not tolerate groups that prey on children online, and the FBI will use all resources and authority to apprehend and hold these members accountable.'

The FBI warns parents and guardians to be vigilant about their children's behavior both online and offline. In some cases, 764 has sent victims razor blades, sexual devices, gifts, and other materials used to create online content. The FBI advises parents to be on the lookout for suspicious packages and to be on the lookout for suspicious cuts, bruises, and scars.
