The chicken cutlet is very tender and goes easily between your teeth. The demi-glace sauce is sweet, but not overly sweet, and you can still taste the umami of the chicken cutlet. I highly recommend this to people who like sweet and spicy teriyaki-flavored

When you eat it, it tastes like a mellower version of the Demi-katsu Burger. The sweet burger is even mellower, so the flavor seems a bit blurred. If you want to enjoy the combination of demi-glace sauce and chicken cutlet, we recommend the Demi-katsu Burger without egg.
