I came to Burger King.

Banners were posted announcing the arrival of the 'Double Spicy Garlic Garlic Burger', 'Spicy Garlic Garlic Burger', 'Double Garlic Garlic Burger' and 'Garlic Garlic Burger'.

So I bought a double spicy garlic burger (single item, 1190 yen including tax) and a spicy garlic burger (single item, 790 yen including tax).

First, try the spicy garlic burger with one patty.

When I flipped the top of the bun, I found a generous amount of yellow special garlic sauce on top of the flame-grilled 100% beef patty and cheese. It was so generous that I couldn't even see the spicy garlic flakes that were supposed to be on top.

When I cut it in half with a knife and looked at the cross section, I could see spicy garlic flakes sandwiched in between the pickles. When I ate it, the garlic aroma and punchy flavor were complemented by the piquant stimulation of the chili peppers. The hot, tingling heat lingers in my mouth, but it's not so hot that I can't taste it. The added spiciness strengthens the power of the special garlic sauce, giving the impression that it swallows up the aroma and flavor of the beef patty, which is grilled over an open flame.

Next time I'll try the Double Spicy Garlic Burger. As the name suggests, this is a version of the Spicy Garlic Burger with two beef patties.

When I tried it, I felt that the two beef patties were just right for the punch of the special garlic sauce and spicy garlic flakes. The crispy texture of the spicy garlic flakes was an accent, and the moderate spiciness continued to stimulate my appetite, so I was able to eat it until the end without getting bored. The editorial staff who tried it commented, 'The spiciness was just right, the garlic punch was strong, and the double was also solid, so this is definitely an upgrade from the garlic garlic burger.'

The 'Double Spicy Garlic Burger' and 'Spicy Garlic Burger' will be available at Burger King restaurants nationwide from Friday, September 13th for 2,024 yen.
