User reviews have been quietly implemented on PlayStation's online store 'PlayStation Store'

The PlayStation Store previously had a rating feature ranging from 0 to 5 stars that allowed users to use as a reference when deciding which games to purchase.
However, it has been reported on Reddit that 'reviews can be posted for some titles available on the PlayStation Store.'
When did PlayStation start allowing written reviews? Seems to only be allowed for few games on their store pages for now.
