Manga artist Hirohiko Araki's first public art piece 'Fountain Boy' unveiled
The public ceremony for the Osaka Station West District Art Project 'WARP' was held on Monday, July 29, 2024, with JR West President Kazuaki Hasegawa and manga artist Hirohiko Araki taking to the stage. Araki unveiled his first public art piece, 'Fountain Boy.'

Hirohiko Araki appeared on stage.
The work was unveiled together with JR West President Kazuaki Hasegawa.
The work that appeared was a stained glass piece installed on a spherical base about 2m in height. The name of the piece is 'Fountain Boy.' The name comes from a statue that was once installed at Osaka Station.
