At the Wave booth in the corporate dealer area, it was announced that Chinese sci-fi model brand

Xinghuan Heavy Industries will be releasing an assembly model of the giant battleship AAA Wunder that appears in the new Evangelion movie. The model is said to be 103cm long, and an impressive signboard was displayed announcing that the prototype will be on display in its entirety.



This assembly model does not require painting and will come with water transfer decals and marking stickers. The railgun and antenna are movable, and the bow and tail thrusters are equipped with LED light modules.

At

the Union Creative booth, many beautiful girl figures were on display, but one that stood out was the movable figure of On-chan , the official character of Hokkaido Television Broadcasting (HTB). He is well known for appearing in a costume on the popular TV show 'How Do You Like Wednesday?', but this time it was a 'costume version.'



A kind message from directors Ureshino and Fujimura of 'What's Up Wednesday?': 'There's no point worrying about it, just buy it without hesitation!'



This is the costume version, and he is wearing a blue hat.




Furthermore, the arms are sculpted to look wrinkled.



The feet were designed to look like shoes and soles, just like a costume. The product will be released in September 2024 and will cost 8,000 yen (tax included).

AmiAmi's poster girl,

Amiko, has become a Vtuber. Her voice is provided by Kana Ichinose and her illustrations are by Kani Beam .



The instructions for Amiko (Vtuber ver.) look like this:



Furyu's 'Puniru is a cute slime TENITOL Puniru'. No matter how you cut it, Puniru is overflowing with cuteness. The prototype was produced by Curve Models, the coloring was done by MOE Co., Ltd., and the price is 6,820 yen including tax. It is scheduled to be delivered in March 2025.

There were many booths exhibiting 'Genshin Impact' characters, but one that stood out as something a bit unique were the Seven Heavenly Gods statues from '

Cake's Pokemon .'



The tip of the arrow sticker has a built-in sensor, and when you bring your finger close to it, an LED lights up. I'm sure even Professor Zhongli would agree that this is a great product.



Tsukakoshi Transportation Purchasing Department , which developed the assembled display stand 'Hare no Butai,' exhibited a 3-meter-tall Mechagodzilla made from Space Dumbonium.

The next Wonder Festival 2025 [Winter] will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, and applications for exhibitors are scheduled to begin on Friday, August 23, 2024. In addition, Wonder Festival 2024 [Bangkok] will be held on Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, 2024, Wonder Festival 2024 [Shanghai] will be held on Wednesday, October 2 and Thursday, October 3, 2024, and Wonder Festival 2025 [Korea] will be held from Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13, 2025. Overseas expansion is also being decided one after another.



Wonder Festival 2025 [Winter] will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Time Bokan series broadcast and the 60th anniversary of Kaiyodo, so it seems that 'Tatsunoko Wonder Festival' will be held in collaboration with Tatsunoko Productions.
