While you sleep, you can use the 'sleep AI algorithm' to analyze the quality of your sleep based on your body movements and heart rate while you sleep. Women can also use the 'menstrual cycle tracking' feature to accurately track their menstrual cycle by monitoring their skin temperature at night.
In addition, the 'Heart Rate Alert' feature constantly monitors the health of your heart based on your heart rate data.
