There are several organizations in Israel that disseminate pro-Israel information, one of which is the Shirion Collective . Shirion Collective harasses pro-Palestinian activists, including many Jewish people, and spreads conspiracy theories in an attempt to create pro-Israel public opinion among users in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and other countries.

Shirion Collective describes itself as a 'monitoring group' that 'actively tracks and exposes anti-Semitism where major media outlets do not.' In addition, since late 2023, Shirion Collective has been offering 'bounties' to identify people involved in pro-Palestinian activist protests.

At the time of writing, the company claims to have paid a $1,000 reward on June 19, 2024, for 'identifying the protesters who were the subject of the bounty.'

The Shirion Collective also promotes conspiracy theories, including that 'leftists are bringing illegal immigrants to the US to bolster pro-Palestinian protests' and that 'Muslims will take over Europe.'

The Guardian conducted an investigation into the person behind the Shirion Collective, which is carrying out these activities, and discovered that it is a technology entrepreneur named Daniel Linden, who lives in the United States.

Linden has previously founded companies such as Linden Services, Focus Interactions Ltd, and Clickstein LLC. In recent years, he has worked on composing AI models for the adult content platform OnlyFans. Linden is featured as one of three instructors for the Chief AI Officer Certification Course at AI consultancy ChiefAIOficcer .

What connected Shirion Collective to Linden was a subreddit about Shirion Collective on the Internet bulletin board site Reddit. This subreddit was moderated by a user named 'Danimde', and when The Guardian tracked 'Danimde', it was linked to an X (old Twitter) account called '@dantheprompt'. At the time of writing, the '@dantheprompt' account had been deleted, but The Guardian's investigation confirmed that the owner of the '@dantheprompt' account was Linden.

Shirion Collective is also raising funds through the online fundraising site GoFundMe, and the organizer of the activity was initially set as 'Dani L' who lives in Gainesville, Florida. At the time of writing, the organizer's name has been changed to 'Dani M.' Furthermore, it is stated that 'Dani M' lives in Durango, Colorado, but Linden has a history of living in both cities.

Heidi Beirich, co-founder and chief strategy officer of the Global Project Against Hate And Extremism, said, 'Extremist actors like Linden use protests and riots to their own advantage by sending false messages or making situations more unstable. Either way, Linden is spreading his hateful message around the world.'

The Guardian has reached out to Linden for comment, but has not received a clear response at the time of writing.
