◆Synopsis
Kuzuru is a useless hero who works at a Japanese game company for some reason. There are no demon kings or monsters here. Instead, there is a pile of work, a blank-eyed colleague, and a boss who is scarier than the monsters...huh? But the real hell is just beginning!
Kuzuru's double life of working as both a hero and a corporate slave on weekdays and exterminating monsters on weekends suddenly hits a snag. He is defeated by his nemesis, the Dullahan, who caused him to get lost in another world (Japan). He must use his unique strategy as a 'part-time hero' to face off against the powerful monsters...!
When a corporate slave and a hero are combined, they become the strongest.

◆The story of Episode 3 is as follows
On the first day that Kuzuru started working as both a company employee and a hero, he was a lousy hero, but perhaps his experience at the Spartan company came in handy as he displayed his talents and defeated monsters one after another. Then, he once again faced the powerful enemy, Dullahan, whom he had been defeated by in the past.
However, Kuzuru is busy and disbands that day. Kuzuru's basic schedule is 'working during the week and using two days off a week for hero work,' so the showdown will be held on the weekend.
And then the weekend arrived. Although Kuzuru was busy with work and not in the best condition, he felt much more confident than before. He was prepared to not back down even against the powerful Dullahan.
The result of the battle was a crushing defeat for Kuzuru. Not only was he outmatched in terms of his physical strength and swordsmanship, but the magical aura that the Dullahan always had around him completely nullified Kuzuru's magic, which he had supposedly strengthened in episode 2. 'That's unfair, that's unfair,' Kuzuru lamented.
Although Kuzuru is exhausted and depressed, he still has to work during the week. 'The development environment has changed, so you have to remember it by tonight!' he orders with a lovely smile.
Kuzuru was hesitant, thinking that it was already tough being defeated by the Dullahan, and that there was also a lot to learn at work, but then he suddenly seemed to realize something. What plan has this 'corporate slave' 'hero' come up with to defeat this formidable foe...?
