Regarding the immediate sell-out of Apple Vision Pro, Kuo said, ``While this feels like a good sign, there are also important concerns that have surfaced. 'This indicates that demand may have sharply tapered off after core fans and heavy users placed orders.'
Popular iPhone models sell out quickly once pre-orders begin, and shipping typically takes hours to weeks. However, unlike Apple Vision Pro, it seems that in the case of iPhone, it can be confirmed that the shipping time will steadily increase even 24 to 48 hours after the start of reservation. Therefore, ``In the case of the iPhone, we can see that demand continues to grow even after it is sold out.''
According to reports, supply chain partners such as Apple Vision Pro assembler Luxshare will continue to operate during the Lunar New Year period to meet high demand. This means that demand for Apple Vision Pro is higher than originally expected. However, since there is still room for improvement in the production efficiency of Apple Vision Pro, Luxshare seems to have continued to extend business hours to increase production efficiency since the start of mass production.
