One of the highlights of OnePlus 12 is Qualcomm's next flagship SoC, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. A report based on Qualcomm's internal documents points out that Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 may have particular emphasis on AI functionality.

Storage capacity is also attracting attention. The base model has 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage, while the top model has 24GB of memory and 1TB of storage.
Charging is also fast, and the battery with a rated capacity of 5400mAh supports 100W wired connection and 50W wireless charging, which is a significant improvement from the previous model that did not support wireless charging.
The camera is a triple camera consisting of a 50MP main camera, a 64MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
