Kentucky Fried Chicken's 'Demi Glace Pot Pie' tasting review full of rich sauce
Kentucky Fried Chicken has released a `` Demi-glace Pot Pie '' that uses authentic-flavored demiglace sauce. It is said that it is made by heating beef tallow and sauteed onions and simmering it with tomatoes and wine, so I tried eating it to see what it tastes like.

I bought the 'Demi Glace Pot Pie' for takeout. Attached to the top of the box is a spoon.

The size is surprisingly big. It is about one size larger than a transportation IC card.
It actually has a cup at the bottom, and the dough sticks out of the cup.
The actual weight with the cup was 180g.
Open the spoon.
Insert into pie.
After digging a little, demi-glace sauce came out from the bottom.
Mix the dough with the sauce and eat as is. The sauce is packed with the sourness of tomatoes and the deliciousness of beef tallow, and has a rich flavor that can be eaten as is over white rice or spaghetti. The sauce is mixed with ingredients like ground beef, and when combined with the pie crust, it gives it a moist and soft texture.
Peel off the part that protrudes from the cup and dip it into the sauce. This part had a fairly crispy texture, and I was able to enjoy the contrast with the soft dough that had completely melted into the sauce.
