What kind of landscape is a certain town in Canada made only for shooting

Canada's largest

photography studio is located in Pickering, Ontario, Canada. Cinematographer Matt Aitia has released a video of his tour of the studio.

A video shooting studio is generally called a 'backlot,' and Pickering's backlot is mainly used as a filming location for movies and commercials. Pickering's backlot is approximately 90 acres (approximately 364,000 square meters), which is equivalent to approximately eight Tokyo Domes.

For example, commercials for Nissan and Kia, the movie ``X-Men'' and the drama series ``Hannibal'' and ``The Boys'' were filmed on Pickering's backlot.

There are 23 acres (approximately 93,000 square meters) of ``a small town you can find anywhere'' on the premises, all of which can be remodeled to meet the photographer's needs. Mr. Aitia photographed this 'town'.

The town is also dotted with modern road signs.

Beyond the town are secluded fields and forests, where you can photograph traditional landscapes of early 1800s villages, log cabins, chapels, and small farms.

Regarding these backlots, Aitia says, ``It's usually cheaper to rent these locations than to block off the actual town for filming.You can shoot a variety of scenery, which reduces the time it takes to travel.'' We can do it, and it also solves the problem of transporting film equipment and supplies.”
