From July 2023, '
'Official route' appears in 'Pokémon GO'!

The ``official route'' is ``a route selected by local governments in various parts of Japan to recommend places to play ``Pokémon GO''. City, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, and Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Of these, I tried walking the official route 'Kento Healthy Walk' in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture.
Just outside the east ticket gate of JR Suita Station. Head north.

When you exit the stairs at the north exit, the right hand side is the bus terminal. Go through the side of Merode Suita Ichibankan facing the bus terminal and head northeast along the JR tracks.

The app still can't see the route.

Eventually, a pedestrian-only road will branch along the railroad track, so I will walk on this road.

After entering this pedestrian path, you will be able to choose the official route 'Kento Healthy Walk'.
Even if you can choose, you are still quite far from the starting point, so you will approach the starting point.

The route looks like this. Even if you tap 'Start route', the route itself will not start unless you reach near the starting point.

There is still more than 250m to the starting point. The start judgment is about approaching within a 50m range. It takes about 5 minutes from JR Suita Station to the starting point, and the goal is '

The movie below shows what this route actually looks like. The 'Kento Healthy Walk' is 609 meters long and takes 14 minutes, so it's a fairly easy route. I was there.
And from the point where you actually approach the start point in the game, it is like this until you follow the route and move to the goal point. This time I'm focusing on following the route, so I'm not catching Pokemon or spinning PokéStops along the way. In addition, it seems that Pokemon does not appear easily because it is a route, but there is a possibility that you can pick up an item called 'Zygarde Cell' only while following the route. The rewards for this play were 'Waza Machine Normal x 1', 'Zuri only x 6', 'Hoshino Suna 1000' and '4000 EXP'.

The library side is the starting point for the official route, but the starting and ending points can be switched. If you head northeast along the road in front of the library, you will find JR Kishibe Station.

On the way, there are Suita Municipal Hospital and Viera Kento.

I arrived at the north exit of JR Kishibe Station in less than 10 minutes from Kento Library.

It is like this when walking from the Kento library towards JR Suita station.

Both the start and end points are reasonably far from JR stations, so if you add up the distance from each station, you will need to walk about 1km. However, overall, it was a very easy route to walk because it was very flat and separated from the roadway.
