I bought a take-out of 'Char Siu Increased Tonkotsu Chicken Cutlet Bowl' and came back.

Ingredients are chicken cutlet and 3 pieces of chashu, and toppings are red pickled ginger, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and green onions.
