The air volume can also be adjusted using the fan button located on the left ear cup. Each time you press the fan button, the air volume changes in the order of ``OFF'', ``AUTO'', ``Low'', ``Medium'', and ``High''.
To check the flow of air around the ear cups when the air purification function is enabled, I set the air volume to 'high' and brought incense smoke close to them.
Below is a movie that actually brings smoke closer. Only when you get very close to the earcups do you notice that the smoke gets sucked into the Dyson Zone. The air purification function of Dyson Zone does not try to suck air far away, but seems to be designed to suck only air close to Dyson Zone.
According to the official website, the 'Dyson Zone' filter has a dual structure of an electrostatic filter and a carbon filter. Since it is difficult to verify the removal performance of city gas and viruses, we decided to see how well it can suppress unpleasant odors.
First, I tried bringing my face close to a cheese snack while wearing 'Dyson Zone'. This sweet is supposed to have a pretty strong cheese scent, but with the 'Dyson Zone' attached, you can hardly feel it. The shield doesn't completely cover your mouth and nose, but the airflow controls ensure that only purified air reaches you.
Next, I tried grilling meat seasoned with garlic. It was so full of scent that the editorial staff from the upper floor came down saying, 'It smells good,' but when I was wearing 'Dyson Zone,' I hardly noticed the scent. With this, you can avoid situations such as ``I was studying at a cafe, but a passenger nearby started eating food with a strong smell and I couldn't concentrate.'' ``A passenger in the same car started eating pork buns and I felt like I was getting sick from the smell.''

Below is a movie in which the noise was measured while switching the air volume to 'low', 'medium' and 'high'. The noise level with 'low' airflow was approximately 39dBA, the noise with 'medium' airflow was approximately 48dBA, and the noise with 'high' airflow was approximately 54dBA. When the air volume is set to ``low'' or ``medium,'' the air conditioner or ventilation fan is louder, so it doesn't bother you much, but when the air volume is set to ``high,'' you can hear the fan noise. For this reason, when using 'Dyson Zone' in a quiet place, we recommend setting the air volume to 'low' or 'medium'.
The 'Dyson Zone' filter is mounted inside the ear cup, and the ear cup lid can be removed by simply twisting it lightly with your hand.
The filter can also be easily removed, making it easy to replace the filter.
