In February 2017, self-proclaimed singer-songwriter Mohammad Rahi warned British music publisher Moviebox, ``I will take legal action if my album is not removed from Moviebox's YouTube channel and iTunes.'' I sent you an email.
However, Ahmed refused to remove Rahi's album from his YouTube channel. Rahi then launched his own YouTube channel and published the songs he claimed to own. In addition, Mr. Rahi filed copyright infringement claims on four albums published by Moviebox and six albums published by Oriental Star Agencies, another music publisher.

In September 2020, YouTube suspended Moviebox's YouTube channel for three copyright infringement warnings. Moviebox filed a lawsuit against Mr. Rahi, and the court issued an injunction requesting that the copyright infringement warning on YouTube be withdrawn. At this time, Mr. Rahi seems to have obediently followed this order.
But now people like Azim Qureshi and Shatia Manzoor have done almost the same thing to Moviebox as Mr. Rahi did. However, Mr. Cresi had previously applied to the court for an order to stop Moviebox's infringement. Moviebox made a counterargument to YouTube against Mr. Cresi's copyright infringement warning, but he was informed that YouTube would not accept counterarguments due to this injunction.
In addition, the YouTube channel of Oriental Star, a music label affiliated with Moviebox, was also warned of the channel suspension due to a complaint from Mr. Rahi. Therefore, Oriental Star asked the court for an injunction requesting Mr. Rahi to withdraw the copyright infringement warning.
In December 2020, Moviebox and Oriental Star filed a lawsuit against Mr. Rahi, Mr. Qureshi, and Mr. Manzur, alleging that their business was hindered by numerous copyright infringement requests to YouTube. As a result of the trial, damages were claimed against Mr. Qureshi and Mr. Manzoor, but both were deemed to be in default and the damages were withheld, and all copyright ownership certificates were invalidated.
And on March 8, 2023, the High Court of England and Wales determined that ``Mr. We have issued a permanent ban on harassment using YouTube's copyright violation reporting system.
In January 2023, Mr. Rahi filed a copyright infringement complaint with a British record label, including Moviebox, so it is expected that this legal battle will be settled in the future.
