Research firm Canalys reports on 'Global PC Shipments and Market Share' for the fourth quarter of 2021 (October-December) and for 2021 as a whole. In 2021, PC shipments reached 341,053,000 units, a year-on-year growth of approximately 15%, continuing from

2020, when the pandemic had the largest growth ever.

The PC shipments and market share by manufacturer in the fourth quarter of 2021 (2021Q4) reported by Canalys are as follows. Lenovo (21.71,000 units) shipped the most PCs in the same period, with a market share of 23.7%. Among the top five companies shipped, Apple (9.0%), which released the ' MacBook Pro with M1 Pro / Max ' in October 2021, recorded the highest growth rate from the same period of the previous year (2020Q4).
