Qu'il fait bon 'Red cheeks and sencha tart' tasting review where you can enjoy a surprising mariage of plenty of strawberries and faint sencha

From January 1, 2022, 'Red Hoppe and Sencha Tart ', which uses plenty of Shizuoka's specialty strawberry '

Red Hoppe ' and Shizuoka Sencha, has appeared in Qu'il fait bon. I was very curious about what kind of taste the unfamiliar combination of strawberry and sencha would produce, so I actually bought one hole and checked the taste.

I came to Qu'il faitbon in Grand Front Osaka. ..

I found the desired 'red cheek and sencha tart' in the showcase.

This time I ordered 1 hole for takeout and brought it back.

There is a tart box in the paper bag.

When I opened the box, 'Red cheeks and sencha tart' appeared.

It looks like this when you remove the ice pack and wrapping paper. Orange sauce, whipped cream, red hoppe, and crush jelly are placed in order from the center.

The red cheeks are coated with shiny syrup.

Sencha was mixed in the whipped cream.

If you cut it with a kitchen knife and check the cross section, you can see that the dough mixed with sencha, white cream, sencha cream, white sponge dough, and strawberry sauce are piled up on the tart dough.

If you try eating from the part near the center, you can taste the sweet cream that contains the slight bitterness of sencha along with the refreshing orange sauce that feels a little sour. Sencha mixed with cream and dough has the bitterness and aroma peculiar to tea, but it does not spoil the taste of cream and is in harmony with the gentle sweetness of cream.

When you continue to eat and reach the part where the red cheeks are on, you can enjoy the royal taste of 'This is tart!' With the red cheeks and the red strawberry sauce that you can feel the gentle acidity without being too sweet. Even in such a royal road tart taste, the flavor of sencha mixed in the dough and cream can be felt to the extent that it does not interfere with the strawberry taste, so overall it is a 'strawberry tart that is not too sweet with a slight bitterness' It was finished. Also, as I started eating orange sauce, then sencha cream, then red hoppe, and finally sencha jelly, the main taste changed as I continued to eat, so I could eat it without getting tired.

'Red cheek and sencha tart' is on sale for a limited time from January 1st to the end of January 2022. One piece is 935 yen including tax for eat-in, 9350 yen including tax for hall, and 918 yen including tax for take-out. The hall is 9180 yen.
