Tully's Coffee reproduces the handmade birthday cake with 'HAPPEE BIRTHDAE HARRY' given by Rubeus Hagrid to Harry who celebrated his 11th birthday, which appears in such a scene of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. So I tried it together with the collaboration menu with other Harry Potter.

HAPPEE BIRTHDAE HARRY Souffle Cake ' (759 yen including tax) is provided with a knife and fork.



The contents of the box look like this. HAPPEE BIRTHDAE HARRY Souffle cake is made by painting pink chocolate on the souffle cake and writing 'HAPPEE BIRTHDAE HARRY' with a green pen on it.



The size of the souffle cake is about 8 cm in diameter. The appearance is flashy, but the chocolate flavor is not so much, and the souffle cake that you can enjoy the strong vanilla flavor melts in your mouth, and it goes well with the fluffy creamy taste of whipped cream. The sweetness and vanilla flavor are surprisingly strong, so it is recommended to eat it with unsweetened coffee or tea.



Next, try the hot drink ' Harry Potter Treacle Tart ' (693 yen including tax), which is inspired by Harry's favorite molasses tart. The 'Harry Potter Treacle Tart' is only available in hot drink / tall size and comes with an original sleeve printed with 'Harry Potter'.

When you open the lid, it looks like this. Originally, it was topped with plenty of whipped cream and lemon peel & spice, but because it was taken out, the topping whipped cream was quite melted, and lemon peel and spice could not be visually distinguished.



When I tried topping it with cookies, it sank to the bottom of the whipped cream.



When I squeezed the whipped cream with a spoon, I could see the latte. When I actually drank it, the whipped cream was already dissolved in the guts lilate, so the taste was quite creamy and mild. I couldn't confirm it by appearance, but I could feel a little spice from the flavor of the latte, and lemon peel was sunk at the bottom of the drink.



I thought I'd try eating cookies while drinking, but in a few minutes the cookies sucked a lot of latte and crumbled.



I will also try 'Stardust Mince Pie ' (352 yen including tax), which is an arrangement of a mince pie that originated in England.



The calories per piece is 297 kcal, and the carbohydrate is 42.2 g. Ingredients include cinnamon apple jam, raisins, dried cranberries, orange peel, apples, dried pine apples, and lemon peels.



When you take it out of the bag, it looks like this. At the center of the puff pastry is a filling containing cinnamon, apples, raisins, orange peel, cranberries, etc.



At first glance, it looks like a meat pie, but it is a sweet that you can feel the condensed sweetness of the fruit filling. The puff pastry is moist rather than crispy, and while other collaboration menus can enjoy the sweetness of chocolate and cake, Stardust Mince Spy is characterized by the sweetness and sourness derived from fruits.



Donuts 'Gryffindor Ring ' and ' Raven Claw Ring ' (352 yen including tax), which are based on the image of each dormitory of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, are also available. The 'Slytherin Ring' and 'Huffle Puff Ring' will be on sale from December 10th (Friday).



Each 'Gryffindor ring' has a calorie of 398 kcal, and the raw materials are as follows.



The calorie per piece of 'Raven Claw Ring' is 398 kcal. Looking at the raw materials, the raspberry juice and mango juice that were in the 'Gryffindor Ring' have disappeared.



When I actually tried it, the donuts had a fluffy texture rather than a tightly packed dough. Compared to eating, the Gryffindor ring has a slightly sweet and sour flavor, probably because it uses fruit juice.
