'L Chiki Black Pepper Dare Flavor' tasting review with a sweet and spicy sauce accented by the scent of coarse black pepper

Lawson's popular hot snack 'L Chiki' series will feature 'L Chiki Black Pepper Sauce Flavor ' on May 18, 2021 with black pepper and garlic-flavored sweet and spicy sauce. The sweet and spicy sauce with mirin and apple juice added makes it an L-chiki with a strong taste, so I actually tried it.

This is the black pepper flavor of L Chiki. There is a black sauce on the entire garment.

Compared to regular (right), you can see that the size is almost the same, but the color is completely different.

If you look closely at the surface of the black pepper flavor, you can see that it is covered with coarse black pepper along with the black sauce.

However, only one side was dripping, and the back side was not dripping.

Roughly cut with a kitchen knife and look at the cross section, it looks like this, the chicken inside is the same as the usual L chiki.

When I try to eat it, the soy sauce-based sauce is sticky, sweet and spicy, and is often entwined with crispy clothes. You can feel the scent of black pepper firmly, but the sauce with mirin has a strong sweetness, and you can hardly feel the tingling stimulus peculiar to pepper. The taste of the sauce is strong, but it only covers one side of the garment, so it was a good balance.
