Satellite Internet service 'Starlink' plans to increase communication speed up to 300 Mbps by 2021
It was found that the Internet service ' Starlink ' developed by SpaceX, a space development company that launches private rockets, intends to increase the communication speed to 300 Mbps in the latter half of 2021.
Speed will double to ~ 300Mb / s & latency will drop to ~ 20ms later this year

This was revealed by a tweet by the founder Elon Musk. Musk has indicated that he intends to reduce latency to 20 milliseconds.
Musk's tweet was made in response to Twitter user Anthony Iemole ( @ SpaceXFan97 ), who professes to be a SpaceX fan. Mr. Anthony Iemole pays $ 85 (about 9000 yen) per month for a communication environment of up to 80 Mbps, but in reality this maximum speed does not come out, an environment of 10 Mbps to 15 Mbps on average, 25 Mbps at best So I decided to introduce Starlink, saying 'I can't stand it anymore'.

When Anthony Iemole connected the Starlink antenna that arrived and measured the speed, it recorded a maximum of 130 Mbps.
Set dishy on the ground for now until the pipe adaptor arrives.

Mr. Musk found this tweet and replied, 'It will speed up to 300 Mbps instead of 130 Mbps.'
When asked about the coverage, Mr. Musk replied that he would cover most areas on the ground by 2021 and the entire globe by 2022. In addition, it is said that each telecommunications company has an advantage in urban areas.
Most of Earth by end of year, all by next year, then it's about densifying coverage.

Important to note that cellular will always have the advantage in dense urban areas.
Satellites are best for low to medium population density areas.
