I tried comparing 6 kinds of Sushiro's `` Kuroge Wagyu Festival '' sushi

The ' Kuroge Wagyu Festival ' started on April 22, 2020 (Wednesday) with the rotating sushi chain 'Sushiro'. I took it home and ate what kind of sushi Sushiro produced at a meat fair instead of a fish.

Arrived at Sushiro.

This time, it was also possible to take home the new drink dessert products 'Ichigopppe' and 'Bananappe' together with sushi, so I brought them all together.

There are 6 types of sushi.

'Kuroge Wagyu beef roast beef' (1 plate 1 piece, tax not included 300 yen) is a sushi with thick meat. The roast beef has a greasy impression, but the texture of roast beef is like that of white rice, which goes great with the meat.

The darker color is the 'Kuroge Wagyu Beef Tsukezuke Direct Fire Broiled' (2 dishes per plate, 300 yen excluding tax). All the other sushi had 1 piece, but only this sushi was a 2 piece set. It is a thinly sliced piece of meat that has been sprinkled with a sweet sauce and seasoned so that it doesn't feel uncomfortable even if it is included in the ingredients for lunch. Of course, it goes well with rice.

'Kuroge Wagyu Sashitoro Ponzu Jelly' (1 plate, 1 sushi, 150 yen excluding tax) is a thin slice of fat 'Sashitoro' with ponzu jelly. The ponzu jelly is lightly cooked, but the taste of the meat seems to be defeated by the ponzu jelly.

'Kuroge Wagyu Sashitoro Yamawasabi' (1 plate 1 piece, tax not included 150 yen) is a dish with mountain wasabi instead of ponzu jelly. However, what I ate was that the wasabi had a weak effect, and it was like a ham wrapped rice with a weak flavor. If the spiciness of the mountain wasabi works, it will give a different impression.

'Kuroge Wagyu's Japanese style boiled' (1 plate 1 piece, tax not included 150 yen) is characterized by meat like blocks. The seasoning is sweet and spicy, similar to 'Tarezuke Direct Broiled', and it has a block-like shape, so it feels like 'it will be like this if you moisten a little beef jerky. Depending on the part, there are tough parts, so rather than eating with shari, you want to eat with only the meat of the alcoholic sauce.

The last item is 'Kuroge Wagyu Bacon' (1 plate / 100 yen, tax not included). Definitely bacon with a strong scent and salty seasoning. I was surprised when the bacon came out because it was called 'meat sushi', but when I knew it was bacon and I ate it, the expected taste was returned.

Dessert 'Ichigopppe' (280 yen tax not included) and 'Bananappe' (280 yen tax not included). It has a three-layer structure consisting of a whipped layer, a pulp sauce layer, a pulp sauce layer, and a shaved ice & milk layer from the top.

Condensed milk also hangs on the strawberry strawberry whipped. Although the shaved ice part leads to a crispy texture, the taste is 'shaved ice just sprinkled with milk', so it is best to mix until it is completely mixed before drinking. It's more like a 'berry-type sweetness and sourness' rather than 'strawberry', and the point is to properly incorporate the sweetness of condensed milk and whipped.

On the other hand, the banana pppe whipped with chocolate sauce. Whether the banana flavor is stronger than strawberry or the combination of banana and chocolate, the sweetness is firmly mixed in the chilly crisp frappe.

In addition to sushi, there is also 'Kuroge Wagyu Udon' (380 yen excluding tax) at 'Kuroge Wagyu Festival'. I can't take it home because it's like udon.

The ingredients on it are sweet beef similar to 'Japanese style stew of Japanese black beef'. It tastes like 'Sujin meat udon' and the taste goes perfectly, but it's a bit sad that the meat collapses and it is hard to get entangled with udon, and the meat remains at the end.

Sushiro's 'Kuroge Wagyu Festival' will be held until May 10, 2020 (Sun), and will end as soon as it is sold out. You can take out sushi, and it will be smooth if you order online in advance.
