The GPD Technology booth where GPD Pocket2 MAX is exhibited is located in “3-N07” in Hall 3.



This is GPD Pocket2 MAX. Two colors of black and silver are on display, and the size and design are basically the same. The size is 149.5mm in length × 213mm in width × 5.5 to 14.2mm in thickness, and weighs only 650g. I felt it was quite light even if I held it in my hand with a size similar to a tablet such as an iPad mini. Both models have Intel Core m3-8100Y with a base frequency of 1.10 GHz and a maximum frequency of 3.40 GHz at the time of turbo boost on the processor, the display is 8.9 inch WQXGA (2560 × 1600), the OS is Windows 10 Home 64 bit Adopted version.



The upper black model has 16GB of memory (RAM) and 512GB of storage (ROM).



Silver is a lower model, RAM is 8GB, ROM is 256GB.



The keyboard part looks like this.



When you put your hand on it, it feels like this. Even if you type with both hands, you will not feel the tightness.



The trackpad is about this size.



The power button has a fingerprint authentication sensor.



An in-camera is mounted on the hinge part, and the camera turns here when the screen is opened. The in-camera is 2 megapixels.



The monitor resolution is 2560 x 1600 pixels.



There is no logo on the top board like this. The case is made of magnesium alloy.



USB 3.0 port and earphone jack on the left side



On the right side is a Micro-HDMI / USB C / USB 3.0 port. Video output at up to 4K / 60fps is possible from the Micro-HDMI port.



There is a fan on the back and an active cooling method is used for exhaust heat.



The battery capacity is 9200mAh, and Wi-Fi supports 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac.

In addition, the 6-inch portable game machine “GPD WIN2” was also on display. The processor is the same Intel Core m3-8100Y as GPD Pocket2 MAX, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD is adopted.



The keyboard and gamepad look like this. The game pad is mounted on the QWERTY keyboard, and the game pad mode and mouse mode can be switched with the switch in the center of the game pad. If you switch to mouse mode, you can use the mouse on the PC with the gamepad.

The display size is 6 inches and the resolution is 1280 x 720 pixels.



There is nothing on the side.



The top plate when closed is a two-tone color.



There are buttons on the side where the index finger is placed when you hold it with the hand on the top of the side, and there are three buttons on each side.



The three buttons in the upper corner of the side are like this. This is R1 / L1, R2 / L2, R3 / L3 (analog stick push-in), which is the

dual controller that is the standard controller of PlayStation.



USB C port, USB 3.0 port, MicroSD card slot, Micro-HDMI port can be used for power supply from the left on the upper side.

When I was playing the game, it was completely like a mobile game machine, but when I returned to the home screen, it was a PC with Windows 10 firmly. The installed OS is Windows 10 Home 64bit.



Two batteries of 4900mAh are installed.
