The location of the shop is here inside the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. If you drop by Shinkansen · JR line and stop by on the way, you need to be careful not to go out from the ticket gate.


Depending on the time of day, there are considerable matrices in the shops, and distribution of numbered tickets is also done. After a certain number of numbered tickets came out, the ticket distribution stopped temporarily, and a board saying "We are canceling sales" was issued.


Menu is 900 yen including 6 butter sand box, tax included 1500 yen including 10 pieces. One baked butter sand is 150 yen including tax, at the time of purchase. Purchasing restrictions up to 4 people were applied.


The kitchen space of the shop is glassed so that you can see where you are baking the sandwich.

Raw materials include butter, flour, powdered sugar, fresh cream, semi-chocolate, eggs.

The contents are the same. The cream and caramel blend together and the sweetness spreads throughout the mouth. Butter cookie sandwiches it, there are differences in texture such as "crispy" for those who are freshly baked, "crispy" for those who are not just baked but rich in flavor of butter. The size is not so large, but I felt that this one is 150 yen including tax is pretty cheap price setting.
