Hello, I want to make a guest house after the tripTakuya SAITO who did a round around the world by bicycle @ Charridermanis. Because I want to do it myself, I want to try staying when there is an interesting cheap hotel. There was a quite unusual cheap hotel close to Taipei station.

◆ Revisited in Taiwan
In July 2016, I traveled a second time in Taiwan for the second consecutive year. Once went up to Taipei 101 which was the tallest skyscraper in the world, or visited a place that went too far in the previous trip, sightseeing the Chiufen which is immersed in the world of "Spirited Away". It moved around Taipei.

It is the 8th floor by elevator. When the door opens, you will see the reception soon. I explained Japanese in a one-word Japanese whether the accommodation of Japanese is many, too. Pay 1000 Taiwan dollars (about 3244 yen) at the deposit and receive the card key. If we do not cause problems, the deposit will be returned properly. You can stay for 24 hours after checking in.

This basket also became a luggage compartment when going to the shower.


I revealed overnight here, but I was able to sleep better than expected. However, the atmosphere is Nekafe. There was also a time zone in which the noise and snoring of the neighbor was worrisome. Also, I do not care too much, but I think sanitaryly that there are no sheets or pillow covers. As the lower body is good, it seems good to prepare even a clean towel for the surroundings of the head.

Also, I used an air purifier inside the room, but it was a little dull air just like a Japanese net cafe. Outside air is the best, so I'd like to stay in a room with windows as possible.

◆ Toilet, shower
There was a toilet room and a shower room on the opposite side across the corridor from the room of the single room booth


The toilet is equipped with a washlet. Cleanliness was also in the toilet kept clean and kept clean, but I was concerned that a little smell was squeezed.


I do not know girls, but it was a bit inconvenient for men's hand washing to be one. People who want to wash their hands when they are brushing their teeth came to each other ... .... I checked on the net, it seems there are other washbasins.


The shower room had not only a hand shower with a hose but also an overhead head shower. It is convenient because you can use both hands when there is a head shower when flowing bubbly full body. Also equipped with shower and body soap.


◆ Common Room (Common Room)
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the booth, and air conditioning is also cold so it's cold, so I usually stayed here when I was awake. The bright common room was easier to spend as a whole than the dim room booth.

There was also a type of coffee maker that grinded from beans.


We also have free tea bag tea and powdered cocoa, so we used this pot when we wanted to drink. Two kinds of hot water, 52 ℃ hot water and 85 ℃ hot water come out, unusual specification in Japan.


Cup noodles are also free.

Sausages and boiled eggs will come with me, so I was full of myself from the morning.

◆ Near the reception
On the left is the reception, and turning to the right is the common room.


There is a shared space next to the reception and you can relax. It seemed like Wii U and Apple TV could be used.


Although it is an extra charge, there are also darts game machines.

PET bottles of water placed before the reception are also free.

It is immediately from Taipei Station. The south side of the station is downtown and aiming for a big department store called Shinko Mitsukoshi. This stay was 3333 yen per night, using the Expedia of online reservation site.

It is likely to stay in an ordinary single at the same price (2500 yen for single in rural areas), so there is a feeling that it is not here if you stay a night. However, it is a fairly interesting place so recommend it for about a night. How is it as a candidate for accommodation when traveling in Taiwan?

Because it is possible to stay 24 hours after check-in, it may be a convenient accommodation depending on the schedule. It was possible at this lodge to check out in the evening according to the night flight.
