I tried to bake a variety of breads with Portuguese traditional bread-baking toaster "Gimaranse Yi Hosa" used in gas stove

I usually use an oven toaster to bake bread, but a toaster for gas stove "Guimarance I Hosa"Is used in Portugal. I really bought bread with a gas stove, so I bought it and tried baking various breads.

This is Guimaransui Hosa.

Guimarance i Hosa was founded in 1985 as a Portuguese hardware and kitchen appliance manufacturer.

Purchased Guimarance i Hosa was made properly in Portugal.

When taking it out of the bag, the first thing that surprised me is its lightness and compactness. In this case it will not take up storage space and it will not be bulky to take it for camping etc.

There are countless holes on the surface.

There was a small hole radially on the reverse side.

"MADE IN PORTUGAL" is written.

As the handle is made of metal as well as the toaster section, it is a place to worry if you can not get hot during cooking.

It is about this size when it is arranged with iPad mini 3.

The thickness is about twice as large as iPad mini 3.

Size is perfect to put a piece of bread. You can not bake 2 pieces at the same time.

After checking the exterior, I will try baking bread quickly. When Guimaransui ifa is used with gas temperature stove with thermal temperature sensor and automatic fire extinguisher, it is said that it can not be used because the stove will be extinguished, but it is a challenge just to be sure. Set the Guimaransui Hosa on the stove and preheat it for about 20 seconds to 30 seconds or so between about low heat and medium heat. Please note that IH cooking heater can not be used with caution.

Once preheated, put a loaf of bread and start cooking.

It is quite hot if you hold your hand over Guimaransu if you.

It became the weakest firepower by the thermal sensor in about 2 minutes for cooking for the first time. There is not much browning, so we can not proceed with cooking.

Although I tried variously, since the thermal power is inevitably weakened by the thermal sensor, I challenge again with a stove that can release the thermal sensor.

Bake one side for about 3 minutes with a little lower heat than medium heat ... ...

Turned over and it was pretty browned. This seems to be okay.

Bake the other side for 3 minutes and complete. Looking at the burns, the outside part was hot or the ear part was burning a little.

It seems that it is properly burned, but the problem is that the fire is well through the problem?

When I try to eat it, the fragrant flavor of the wheat is wonderful, and the fire is passing through properly. The outside is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is mouthwarming or moist texture. It is said to be moist because moderate humidity is contained in the burned gas. It is necessary to bake for 5 to 6 minutes in order to make it brown cleanly, but if you just pass fire through hokokaha inside, it seems to be OK even a little short cooking time. Also, the handle can not be held hot at the base, but it is safe to use the pot knob as it can hold it at the tip.

Next, I will burn the bread roll.

It turned over because it was brown in about 2 minutes.

Then bake it for about 1 minute to finish it. Because bread rolls were thin on the surface, they baked faster than bread.

Burning like a sticky speckle.

When eating tsumiru, the outside is a surprise and the inside is finished finish. Cooking time is also three minutes, so it looks good for breakfast.

Next challenge the mini croissant. If bread of about the size of mini croissant, you can bake 3 at the same time.

The mini croissant was also burned for 2 to 3 minutes and it was nice feeling.

After turning over, burn it for about 1 minute and finish it. There is not much brown on the front side, but ... ....

The other side is properly browned.

If you eat a bite mouthfully the surface is spilling and spilling enough to burn it.

At the end I challenge bacon epi with a little hard surface.

Since bacon epi has a thickness, it baked one side firmly for 3 minutes at a time.

Completion after baking a total of 6 to 7 minutes.

I was worried whether it was properly warming up, but bacon was as steamy as steaming. Guimaransui Hoza seems to be able to use it to warm the bread of the dishes.

I burned a lot of bread, so it got dirty, but Guimaransui hosa is not recommended because it has a possibility of rusting. So just clean it with a cloth or wet tissue. I care about the breadcrumbs that are inside, but I will fall off when I shake it several times with the hole facing down.

In addition, the price of Guimaransui Hosa is 994 yen including tax at Amazon at the time of article creation. There are not many toasters that cut 1000 yen, and it seems to be useful even for outdoor activities such as camping.
