Seasonal · We have eaten "Kyara noir" of the comeda coffee shop heavily sweet and bittersweet

Speaking of "siloire", it is a synonymous signboard menu of the comeda coffee shop which has now reached about 600 stores throughout Japan. Although I think many people are addicted to the combination of a refreshingly sweet soft cream and a slightly warm Danish bread, the comeda coffee shop toppings two kinds of caramel sauces and fragrant nuts as a limited winter menu.CharanoyarSo I decided to try to eat what kind of taste it is after visiting the shop.

So, I arrived at Komeda coffee shop right away.

When I opened the door and entered the store, I found a poster of Chara noir at once.

There was also a menu of Charanaire on the table. Charanaire is a dish that becomes the second winter limited menu being done at the comeda coffee shop from 2014.

This time I tried ordering the character noir (490 yen including tax) of the seasonal menu and the mini siroonoal (390 yen including tax) of the regular menu. The cherries and maple syrup on the siloirs were not attached to the character noir.

To the character noir is a caramel sauce and a fragrant nut from the top of the soft cream, and a sugar powder is topped on the top of the Danish.

Firstly scoop up the soft cream with a spoon and pakuri. The flavor of sweet and savory caramel sauce and the fragrance of nuts seasoned with crispy caramel flavor are also impressive. The normal refreshing sweetness of soft cream is also impressive in ordinary siloirs, but the character noir can enjoy a rich flavor with more sweetness.

In Charanoyar, caramel sauce is also added to the foundation Danish fabric. This sauce was seasoned which emphasized somewhat bitterness.

When a soft cream topped with caramel topped on Danish is eaten together, the fluffy Denish flavor and soft cream, and the sweetness and bitterity of the two caramel sauces are mixed, giving a savory, sweet, bittersweet taste I enjoyed it.

Chara noir is a mini siro noir which can only be eaten now exquisitely matched with sweetness and bittersweet, and will be offered for a limited time until February 28, 2015 (Sat) at the Komeda coffee shop nationwide except some stores It will be.
