Tohoku Electric Power's scheduled blackout period and time zone group and regional group list (March 16th - 18th edition)

Since Tohoku Electric Power announced that it will carry out planned blackouts, we summarized the target date and time and area.

Akita prefecture, Yamagata prefecture, Niigata prefecture and Aomori prefecture, the schedule is scheduled from March 16 (Wednesday) to 18 (Friday).

We divide the four prefectures into eight groups and make a power outage in rotation as a set of two groups. Unlike TEPCO's planned blackouts, please note that there are multiple prefectures in one group.
